Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 04-07-2023 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing Amandala.Coach (the "Site"), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. 2. Services Offered Amandala.Coach provides digital courses, wellness coaching, hands on services (ie- massage therapy) recipes, and other plant-based lifestyle resources. 3. User Responsibilities Users agree to: Provide accurate registration details Use the Site lawfully Respect intellectual property rights 4. Payment, Cancellation, No Show & Refund Policy All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions may be canceled before renewal. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription. For cancellations, users must contact amandalacoaching@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. For service cancellations, we understand that life happens, so please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will still be charged in full. No shows happen when you schedule an appointment and don't show up. You will still be charged in full. 5. Intellectual Property All content on Amandala.Coach is owned by us and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 6. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site. 7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate user access for violations of these Terms. 8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. 9.
