Cancellation Policy

I understand emergencies happen to everyone; therefore, please call whenever possible and let us know the circumstances that keep you from attending a session. Such events as a death in the family, serious accidents, serious illness and hospitalization are considered “emergencies.” Your appointment is reserved strictly for you, please call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If no notice is received, the full amount for the missed appointment will be charged.
